Graded by PCGS as MS62 this mint error coin is described by them as “Close Overlap-Dbl-Stk”. This means the coin was struck in the collar -twice. Both the first and the second double strike occurred when the coin was held by the collar. The second strike was slightly rotated which most obviously in the image distorts the legends and the rim beads.
