Awarded (engraved) to R.J. Procter May 1951 when they passed various testing proving proficiency in skills of life saving. This design was used by the Royal Life Saving Society from 1938-1957. The obverse features the society’s logo and motto “Quemcunque Miserum Videris Hominem Scias” latin for “Whomsoever you see in distress, recognise in him a fellow man”.
