1962 shilling with bar in the wool reverse variety. ‘Bar in the Wool’ shillings are usually dated 1961 so this 1962 example is a bit of a head scratcher. Peter Andrews suggests this is a “look-alike” however given the unusual date we feel it is still very collectable as seen.
