The Royal Australian Mint and the Australian Honey Bee Council present this 2022 $2 ‘C’ Mintmark Coloured Uncirculated Coin that honours the small yet mighty honey bee and the Australian honey bee industry.
The honey bee was introduced into Australian in 1822 and adapted successfully to Australia’s environment and they are now responsible for the majority of honey production in Australia.
