45mm silver medal by Stokes & Sons. Issued by the Victorian Amateur Athletics Association in 1922-1923 to T.B. Dodds who was part of the MUAC (Melbourne University Athletics Club) and managed to throw the hammer 116ft 1 1/4 inches. Obverse shows a helmeted woman with “HONOR TO WHOM HONOR IS DUE” around. Lovely high relief medal.
