43mm, 46 grams bronze. Early South Australian Rowing Association medal dated March 24th 1888. Presented to the Adelaide Rowing Club (A.R.C.) as winners of the Inrigged Fours. The crew is listed as F.W. Moore, J.J. Sharp, H.R. Dixson, and H.M. Woolley. Hugh R. Dixson was a president of the Adelaide Rowing Club in 1901 to 1903, a member of the South Australian Parliament, and a significant identity in Australian business circles in the early 20th century.
